Exfoliation is an essential step in any skin wellness program. Spending 1-5 minutes exfoliating, bi-weekly, helps to enhance absorption of other products in the haia skin wellness system. Application

After cleansing your face in the shower or at the sink, apply a nickel-size amount to wet skin. Add enough water to easily massage exfoliant in light circular motions over the face and neck, while avoiding the eye area. After 1 minute, allow to rest for 2-4 more minutes and thoroughly rinse. For men, best practice is to exfoliate after cleansing and before shaving. In general, exfoliate two times per week.  Men with ingrown hairs, it is advisable to exfoliate daily before shaving. Follow with leave-on products – toner, serum and moisturizer. Use only as directed.
