• Which Facial Cleansers can be used with the Luna mini 3? You can use any facial cleanser with LUNA 3, but to keep your device in optimal condition, avoid clay-based, silicone-based, or grainycleansers as they may damage the silicone. 
• Can the Luna mini 3 replace Makeup Removers? We suggest you remove makeup before use for more effective cleansing.
• Can I use the Luna mini 3 if I have skin conditions such as acne or eczema or if I had a cosmetic procedure such as botox? We suggest that anyone who suffers from a serious skin condition or has undergone a cosmetic procedure to consult their physician or skincare professional before using the device.
• How do I clean Luna mini 3? Wash the device with soap and water, rinse with warm water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. We recommend spraying
  the device with FOREO’s Silicone Cleaning Spray and rinsing with warm water afterwards for optimal results.
• How do I pair my device with the App? Download the FOREO app to your smartphone or tablet. Press the universal button to turn on. A blinking white light indicates LUNA mini 3 is in pairing mode. Follow the instructions in the app to register and pair your LUNA mini 3 device.
• What does it mean when Luna mini 3 is Continuously Blinking? A blinking white light indicates LUNA mini 3 is in Bluetooth pairing mode or the device needs to be charged. Follow the instructions in the app to pair your LUNA mini 3.
• How do I adjust the Intensity of the T-Sonic Pulsations? LUNA mini 3 features 12 different cleansing intensities to choose from. To adjust your cleansing settings, sync your device to the FOREO app and select your preferred intensity.
• Does Luna mini 3 work without the App?Both LUNA mini 3’s cleansing mode and glow boost mode do not require you to use the FOREO app. However, to unlock your
  device for your first use, you must register through the FOREO app. To select your cleansing intensity in either mode you must use the FOREO app. Once you select your preferences they will automatically sync with the device.
• Why Do Customers Need to Download the Foreo App Before Using LUNA mini 3? From now on, all app-enabled FOREO products need to be activated and unlocked via the FOREO For You App the first time they turn them on. This helps us protect against fake/copied FOREO products, and it makes it easier to register the warranty and protect your investment.
• What is the difference between Glow Boost Mode and Regular Cleansing Mode? Glow boost mode offers a quick-press cleansing routine that lasts 30 seconds for when you’re short on time but need a boost of
  radiance, while regular cleansing mode does not have a pre-set time limit.
• How do I charge Luna 3? LUNA 3 is USB-rechargeable, with a two hour charge delivering up to 650 uses.

Silicone

1. Before your first cleanse, press universal button once to sync the device with the FOREO app and choose your cleansing intensity.

2. Remove all makeup, dampen skin and then apply your favorite cleanser. Press universal button once for cleansing mode or quick-press twice for glow boost mode.*

3. Cleanse using circular movements on cheeks and
forehead, gliding up and down the nose.

4. Press and hold button for 3 seconds to turn off device.

5. Rinse and pat your face dry.

*Device will automatically switch off after 30 seconds in glow boost mode

NOTE: To keep your device in optimal condition, avoid-based, silicone-based, or grainy cleansers as they may damage the silicone. If the long silicone bristles become tangled, gently brush them in any direction to reset them to their normal position.
