  • Which Facial Cleansers can be used with the Luna 3? You can use any facial cleanser with LUNA 3, but to keep your device in optimal condition, avoid clay-based, silicone-based, or grainycleansers as they may damage the silicone. 
  • Can the Luna 3 replace Makeup Removers? We suggest you remove makeup before use for more effective cleansing.
  • Can I use the Luna 3 if I have skin conditions such as acne or eczema or if I had a cosmetic procedure such as botox? We suggest that anyone who suffers from a serious skin condition or has undergone a cosmetic procedure to consult their physician or skincare professional before using the device.
  • How do I clean Luna 3? Wash the device with soap and water, rinse with warm water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. We recommend spraying
    the device with FOREO’s Silicone Cleaning Spray and rinsing with warm water afterwards for optimal results.
  • How do I pair my device with the App? Download the FOREO app to your smartphone or tablet. Press the universal button to turn on. A blinking white light indicates LUNA 3 is in pairing mode. Follow the instructions in the app to register and pair your LUNA 3 device.
  • What does it mean when Luna 3 is Continuously Blinking? A blinking white light indicates LUNA 3 is in Bluetooth pairing mode or the device needs to be charged. Follow the instructions in the app to pair your LUNA 3.
  • How long does each Firming Massage Routine Take?The routine times will vary from 1-2 minutes depending on which area(s) is/are being targeted.
  • Does Luna 3 work without the App? LUNA 3’s Cleansing Mode does not require use of the FOREO app. However, to unlock your device for your first use, you must
    register through the FOREO app. To select your cleansing intensity and firming massage treatment routine, you must use the FOREO For You app. Once you select your preferences they will automatically sync with the device.
  • How do I charge Luna 3? LUNA 3 is USB-rechargeable, with a two hour charge delivering up to 650 uses.

Application

1. Connect To unlock and register your device, activate Bluetooth on your mobile device or tablet and then press the universal button to sync to the FOREO app and set up your cleansing preferences. We recommend cleansing with LUNA 3 for 1 minute every morning and evening.
2. Dampen your face, apply your favorite cleanser to your LUNA 3 and hit the start button twice.
3. Glide LUNA 3’s touchpoints in circular motions over your face until the built-in timer shuts it off.
4. Rinse LUNA 3, pat-dry your face and continue with your skincare routine.

FIRMING MASSAGE MODE

1. Apply your favorite serum to clean, dry skin.

2. Follow instructions in the FOREO app to activate your preferred firming massage routine.

3. Follow with moisturizer of your choice.

*Device will automatically switch off after routine is complete.

NOTE: To keep your device in optimal condition, avoid-based, silicone-based, or grainy cleansers as they may damage the silicone. If the long silicone bristles become tangled, gently brush them in any direction to reset them to their normal position. Remove all makeup, dampen skin and then apply your favorite cleanser. Press universal button again to activate cleansing mode. Cleanse using circular movements on cheeks and forehead, gliding up and down the nose. Press and hold button for 3 seconds to turn off device. Rinse and pat your face dry.
